At Elegant Attires, we believe in offering quality products at honest prices, backed by exceptional customer service. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do—because every order is not just a transaction, it’s an emotion and an expression.

We always strive to deliver you the best of Indian fashion at the best value. However, if you face an unexpected issue and need to return a product, the following terms and conditions will apply.

Return & Refund Terms and Conditions

Please note:
We do not accept returns on stitched garments, including:

  • Stitched Salwar Suits
  • Stitched Sarees
  • Sarees with custom-stitched blouses

We only accept returns for unstitched products.

General Return Policy

  • If you’re unsatisfied with the product you received, you may return it in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
  • You will receive an 80% refund of the product value. The remaining 20% is retained for payment processing and miscellaneous charges.
  • If the item is returned after 7 days, a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
  • Refunds will never exceed the actual product value.
  • Custom duties, taxes, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If your order had free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or stitched clothing
  • Readymade stitched sarees
  • Sarees with custom blouse stitching
  • Products returned after 3 days of delivery

Damaged or Defective Products

  • Any issue regarding damage or stains must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must send digital photos of the defect, along with a copy of the invoice.
  • We will process the refund only after receiving the product at our office and verifying the condition.
  • Refund processing may take 4–5 working days to reflect in your account.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placement.
  • If you cancel after 24 hours, a 30% deduction will be applied for bank payment and processing fees.
  • Orders already processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
  • Any eligible cancellation refund will be provided as Elegant Attires Store Credit or Discount Coupon only.

Color & Description Disclaimer

We strive to ensure that all product details and colors displayed on our website are accurate. However:

  • Minor variations may occur due to photography lighting, camera settings, or screen resolution.
  • Product weights, embroidery details, and sizes are approximate and may differ slightly.
  • Customers are considered to be aware of these minor deviations while placing the order.

Embellishment Disclaimer

Some outfits contain embellishments like sequins, beads, or mirror work. These may occasionally come off during transit or use, which is not considered a defect. This is normal for intricately designed ethnic wear and does not qualify for return or refund.
